When you send in a safari enquiry, request a tailor-made itinerary, sign up for our newsletter or request a brochure, we ask only for the personal data necessary to fulfil your request. This information can be any or all of: name, postal address, telephone number, email address, travel dates, party size, passport details (only at booking), dietary preferences and any medical information relevant to your safety on safari or on the mountain.

What do we do with it?

We use the information you share to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, book your lodges, camps, park permits, flights and Kilimanjaro logistics, and to keep you informed while you travel with us. From time to time we may also use it to tell you about special offers, seasonal migration updates or new itineraries we believe will interest you. Who do we share it with?

To deliver your safari we share only what is strictly necessary with the lodges, mobile camps, domestic airlines, park authorities (TANAPA, NCAA), Kilimanjaro National Park and the vetted local partners who serve you on the ground. We never sell, rent or trade your personal information to marketers or unrelated third parties.

Payment information

Deposits and final balances are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways or bank transfer. Lulu African Safaris does not store your full credit card number on our own systems.
